AXIS Foam Rollers - 18"x6"

This product literally saved my running season from a nasty ITB injury. I tried anything and everything and almost gave up. Until I learned of foam rolling. Foam rolling hurts but it is so awesome and I have now incorporated it into my training routine. I foam roll every night before I go to sleep and after every run. It only takes 5 minutes but it really gets deep into the muscles! Every runner should own one of these

I don't know what we ever did without these! They have saved many trips to the doctor as well as many non-running days due to injuries/pain. We have several sets and have loaned them out and they never return. (that's okay...really) We recommend you purchase these and then find an internet site that displays how to give yourself mayo-fascio (sp?) releases. This is the only brand we own but they are indestructable!!

These foam rollers are leg savers. I had been feeling a tight pain in the back of my right leg for some time and wasn't able to stretch the muscle out until I got one of these. Roll the back of your leg or your hip on one of these rollers and you'll feel the deep stretch/massage of your sore muscles. The roller is very dense and solid, so it'll last a long time. Now that I've used one, it's become part of my daily stretching routine. I love it.
