Best Roller For Your Money

These rollers are very good for the price. I've paid more for other rollers that looses density over time. Not so with the AXIS foam rollers, they hold their shape with repeated usage. These are great on my IT band and calves. Use them after every run and will greatly reduce your risk of injury.

So Im a bit on the "big side" and hip/sciatica (SP?) are major issues fro me because I pretty much still think Im 16 even though Im "middle aged". As such I need to roll out my pain and tightness. My kids love the faces I make when I do this while watching cartoons. Bottom line: these simple rollers are life savers. There is no way I'd be able to train the next day without them. I've tried the "cheap rollers" and they loose shape super quick. The AXIS have been used for 2 years and still dense and round!
