AXIS Foam Rollers Half Round - 12"x3"

this product was recommended to me by my chiropractor as a preparation before running, spinning and dancing. three minutes for where ever muscles feel tight does the trick. i have no pain or stiffness after workout. however, it took me a few months and a lot of pain to get my muscles used to this. it is quite hard, doesnt give, like the jane fonda roller. it is better though bc it lasts longer and doesnt lose its shape.
