Just tried the new Expresso Chip flavor, I prefer the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip version. and have had most of the other flavors, of which The good - Expresso Chip not as sweet as some other competitive energy bars, easy to eat. But be forewarned - the flavor is very coffee bean intense - I can only describe it as a strong mocha expresso oatmeal flavor. Coffeehphiles may love it(?)
Overall, I give the bars 4 stars, but would only use before/after exercise. Too rich to digest during exercise.
