The dosage should be based on the intensity of the exercise and sweat of the athlete. We recommend to chew 1 tablet per 20 minutes of strenuous exercise, but the dosage will be different for each athlete based on body weight, body fat and amount of sweating. The tablets would only be needed during the stress condition period. If excess water is taken, more tablets should be taken to balance the electrolytes.

This is because everyone's body is different, their sport is different, training duration and intensities are different, and weather conditions are different.
