Fuel Belt Gel Flask

Perfect for lunch runs during the week. Sneak in 5 miles and take a pre-filled Fuel Belt flask with me. Fits perfectly in my hand and reminds me to stay relaxed (squeezing the flask). Easy clean, toss in my desk drawer - ready for tomorrow. I used to use gel packets because of convenience, then 3 kids and "going green" means cost conscience and doing just a little to help out, the reusable flask is perfect. I've mentioned in other reviews how much I appreciate Fule Belt as a company - the just get it.

I like the size of this flask, it fits in my hand nicely as I run. I like to use it without the belt, just enough for a 5-8 mile run. The downside is the plastic, you have to clean it out right away if you have used anything but water, and keep the cap off so it airs out well. Otherwise, it will mold. That's the reason I had to replace the original bottles in my belt. Overall, good product. Better size than the 8-10 oz. I have not used another flask brand to compare, though.
