Good belt for a small amount of supplies (one gel and one water flask). Easy to add additional pockets if necessary, and included rear pockets holds a few gels and keys.
Sizing pretty tight though, but there is some adjustability in the velcro closure. Moulded flask holders make flask replacement easy.
Doesn't bounce or ride up either, so pretty comfortable.
The nozzles on the flasks a a bit better than the Fuel Belt branded ones and easy to open/close. I used this belt in an Ironman triathlon with an extra pocket for gels and was more than happy with the comfort factor.
But in training I need more access to fluids than this provides, so I use a 4 bottle belt in training.
