I wear a hydration belt for runs over 6 miles and I'm really liking my new Nathan belt. I used to wear a FuelBelt that would ride higher and higher on my waist, to settle right under my ribs. Wow, was that annoying. I did a little research and found that the Nathan belt was supposed to stay where you put it. I like mine around my hips and that's where it stays. There is a bit of bouncing when you have full bottles but I found that if I place it on my lower back and pull the front lower on my stomach, that reduces/eliminates the bounce.
One problem I had was that the velcro on the pouch came unstitched after pulling it open maybe 15 times. That was easily fixed with a needle and thread.
If this belt wears out eventually, I'll certainly try more Nathan products.
