These sport beans are really good, I use them after and during a workout. I prefer the assorted flavor. The best part is that they are not sticky and they don't have caffeine.

I love sport beans. They taste good, easy to digest, and give just a bit of extra energy. Compared to similar chewy / gummy products, sport beans are just the right size. I have not tried extreme sport beans because I tend to stay away from caffeine. One pack is just enough for a 12-15 mile run. I usually eat 1/2 pack after 5 miles, and the rest after 10. Awesome! Fruit Punch is the best flavor!
